When each of Tottenham’s 11 injured players are expected to return including Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven
Tottenham have crashed out of two cup competitions within a week amid a severe ongoing injury crisis.
Ange Postecoglou defended his Spurs side after suffering a 2-1 defeat again🌱st Aston Villa in the FA Cup on Sunday, arguing that 𓃲no team would be able to thrive with so many injured players.
Tottenham are still without their first choice defensive duo of Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero, while key attackers such as Dominic Solanke, James Maddison and Brennan John♉son are also absent.
Of course, all of this is well documented – no Premier League side hav🔯e as many key players sidelined as Tottenham do right now, but ඣwhen do they each return to action? Let’s take a look.
When Tottenham players should return for Ange Postecoglou
Dominic Solanke
The England international is currently sidelined with a kne༒e injury, but🤡 is expected to return around February 22nd.

Speaking about Solanke, Postecoglou most recently saidꦿ on January 🔴31st: “Dom, who is probably a week behind, the rest of them are slated to be back in the next week to ten days to be available.”
Cristian Romero
The Argentina international is also expected to retur🌳n to action on February 22nd – according to .

Also discussing Romero on January 31st, Postecoglou said: “Romero is a bit of a tricky one. We are not really sure yet. There is still some work he needs to do. It’s justꦕ a slower healer, and it is one we are looking at on a week-to-week bas𝓰is.”
Micky van de Ven
The Dutchman did actually return to action in the recꦏent 3-0 UEFA Europa League win over Elfsborg, but does not feel ready to tackle Premier League football just yet.

On February 5th, Postecoglou said: “Mi🥀cky got through the (Elfsborg) game with no problem, but he feels he’s not ready yet for the step up to the Premier League. And after losing Radu (Dragusin), I’m not going to risk these guys.”
Van de Ven is expected back soon – roughly around February 🐓16th.
James Maddison (plus Brennan Johnson, Timo Werner, Wilson Odobert, Destiny Udogie and Guglielmo Vicario)
Wilson Odobert has only made five appearances for Totten🐓ham following a £25m move from Burnley in August, but he is close to regaining full fitness after struggling with hamstring problems.

Speaking about the Frenchman🍷, Post🐓ecoglou added that Maddison, Timo Werner, Johnson, Guglielmo Vicario and Destiny Udogie are all expected to return at the same time, saying on January 31st: “They are all kind of around the same time – around ten days. We are talking about Vicario, Johnson, Destiny, Wilson and Timo.
“Ma💟dders (Maddison) is around the same time as well – 🎶ten days.”
Radu Dragusin
On the topic of Radu Dragusi🌞n, the Romania international is not expected to play for Spurs again this season after damaging his kn📖ee in that aforementioned UEFA Europa League win.

Richarlison
Richarlison started♛ for Tottenham in the 4-0 Carabaꦓo Cup defeat at Liverpool on Thursday, but was forced off with a calf problem after just 46 minutes, which should rule him out for a couple of weeks.
Postecoglou said: “It’s disappointing for him. He was emotional last night because he’d worked really hard to get himself back, but a🍬gain, it’s another setback that he’s going to have to deal with. We’ll hopefully get him back as soon as possible.”
