West Ham United target Joe Worrall excited by chance to play under Sean Dyche at Burnley

According to , Joe Worrall is excited by the prospect of play🐻ing for Sean Dyche at Burnley despite interest from West Ham United.

David Moyes’ Hammers are among a clutch of clubs keen to sign the Nottingham Forest centre-back, along with Crystal Palace. But the Clarets are showing the m♔ost interest as they look to add depth behind James Tarkowski and Ben Mee.

Any new arrival at Turf Moor would be the clear 🦹third-choice option next season. Although they would get the chance to ๊prove to Dyche they can replace Tarkowski when his contract expires next year. They would also get the first call to step up in the event of an injury.

Nottingham Forest are expected to dem𒁏and around £10million to sell the 24-year-old in the summer transfer market. He of his Championship appearances last season and helped the City Ground side keep 12 clean sheets.

Worrall is receptive to a move to Burnley above interest from West Ham ﷽and Palace, as the chance to play under Dyche excites tꦚhe Nottingham-born centre-back. The Clarets have often been considered as having one of the best defensive set-ups in the top-flight.

Worrall has attracted Premier League interest having been one of the most consistent performers in his position in the Champi𝐆onship. The enforcer has also proven his leadership 𒊎qualities by captaining Forest 13 times last term.

TBR’s view: West Ham should urge Worrall deal

While Worrall is leaning towards Burnley’s advances, Mo♛yes should urge West Ham seal a deal. The Forest defender would offer the Hammers boss a top-draw backup at centre-half who could rival for a starting role.

He has developed strongly as a leader over recent seasons and offers a towering presence in either box. The former England U21 international also steps up to the challen꧃ge and puts his body on the line. All of which are cha💯racteristics Moyes would love in a centre-back.

With Forest only demanding around £10m, Worrall will ꧟be relatively cheap, as well. And at a time when Fabian Balbuena – a signing – is , it would be money well spent.
