West Ham: Second Payet bid rejected; £15million for Leeds striker; French forward targeted
The club have reportedly turned down a second bid from Marseille for Dimitri Payet, with claiming that the latest offer from the French club after a day of talks only amounted to a fee in the region of £20 million, representing an improvement of only £1 million on the initial £19 million offer made and rejected by the midfielder’s former club.
