West Ham ready to outbid Juventus for Jean-Clair Todibo

According to , West Ham are ready to do whatever it takes to sign OGC Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo, even with Juventus closing in on a move for the French international this summer.

Lauded as , the centre-back has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League in recent weeks, with Newcastle United joining West Ham in the race to sign the former FC Barcelona talent.

However, it’s Juventus who currently look like the favourites to sign Todibo, with the Old Lady prepared to bring in the defender on loan ahead of a permanent move in 2025 in what would be one of Thiago Motta’s more ambitious moves this summer.

However, with West Ham not out of the race just yet, the Hammers could move swiftly to sign Todibo if they decide to put their money where their mouth is, with Juventus likely to struggle financially against the east London side.

Hammers beating Juventus to Todibo would be a serious sign of intent

West Ham are no strangers to pulling off incredible transfers and beating big teams to promising players, and the Irons can repeat such a feat in the coming weeks by pipping Juventus to Todibo.

The French defender is built for the Premier League having thrived in France for the last few seasons, with Todibo seemingly ready to make the next move in his career having outgrown Nice.

And in West Ham, Todibo could have the perfect club to continue his development, with the Irons showing they can take players to the next level, something the 24-year-old could do with ease in east London.
