West Brom fans deliver Will Lankshear verdict after Tottenham gem makes Baggies debut
Tottenham Hotspur academy graduate Will Lankshear made his debut for loan club West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
Tottenham sent Will Lankshear out ♎on loan in January fo🐻llowing an impressive first half of the season at Spurs where he made six first-team appearances.
Lankshear also scored his first senior goal for the Lilywhites ea🌊rlier this seas❀on, netting in the Europa League defeat to Galatasaray in November.
Now aꦉt West Brom, Lankshear will look to help his current side secure a place in the Championship play-offs come the end of the season.
West Brom faced Sheffield Wednesday in Saturday’s 12:30pm kick-off at The Hawthorns, and Lankshear came off the bench for the last 23 m🔴inutes.
Baggies fans liked what they saw from the Tottenham talent🌠 and all ma♑de the same point in wake of their 2-1 win over the Owls.

Even tꦰhough Lankshear only made a cameo appearance, West Brom fans loved the Spurs gem and said he brings something they’ve been missing for a while.
One fan said on X: “Lankshear b🔴tw, thought he looked really good. Strong in possession, 🧜clearly a handful.
“Think Lankshear and AA (Adam Armstrong) could be a lovely duo with 𒈔Maja and Dike coming back.”
Another wrot♌e: “Armstrong outstandi🌃ng today… Lankshear superb too.
“Exactly what we’ve missed all season, a physical presence and a target up top! Two gre♔at signings!”
The praise kept coming, with one fan༺ saying: “Thought Lankshear looked a quality player when he came on. Th💞eir defence couldn’t handle his physicality and pace.”

What Tony Mowbray has said about Will Lankshear
Speaking ahead of the game, West Brom manager Tony Moꦰwbray said Lankshear’s accuracy in front of goal imꦜpressed him.
“Lankshear… I have to say he looks pretty pure in ওhis finishing, his ball contact, the way he puts the ball in the net looks preꦯtty clean to me,” he told reporters.
