Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted after an update emerged about Cristian Romero.
What’s the story?
According to Fabrizio Romano (via his Twitch stream), the defender really wants a move to Spurs.
However, the two clubs are yet to agree on a fee for the 23-year-old. It is thought the parties are in discussion over a final figure and timing of the payments.
Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo is especially keen on getting a deal completed for the South American.
Romero and Kounde differences emerge
Differences have now emerged between Romero and Kounde for Tottenham after the latest update.
While one defender is keen on playing Champions League football, Romero seems to be open to a move to Spurs.
