Tottenham told they’ve got an 18-year-old who can become a ‘real top player’
Tottenham Hotspur enjoyed an amazing January transfer window from start to finish.
Spurs hit the ground running by signing Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin. Indeed, Tottenham landed the latter ahead of Bayern Munich.
Things slowed down for a bit, but then on transfer deadline day, reports started doing the rounds saying Lucas Bergvall decided to join Spurs.
In this case, Tottenham had beaten Barcelona to the signing of the Djurgardens talent. Over the next few days, news of a summer switch became .
Although Spurs aren’t set to see the player until the summer, it has all been agreed, so for all intents and purposes, Tottenham have got him.

Now, Djurgardens newcomer Albin Ekdal has reveailed how Bergvall has already left him ‘impressed’ in his first month at the club.
The 34-year-old : “He has what it takes to become an incredibly good player. Then it’s up to him how he manages it.
“He will come to a level and an environment that is very demanding, but I think he has what it takes to become a real top player.”

Bergvall’s agreement with Tottenham, as well as Barcelona’s role in the race for his services, has certainly got people talking in Sweden.
And it’s no surprise really, as he really looks like he has all the tools necessary to become an outstanding player for club and country.
Spurs are getting a top talent in Bergvall. He is a player who Jacek Kulig of likened to Ivan Rakitic and Joey Veerman.
Kulig also described Bergvall as a player who’s “elegant on the ball with a silky touch” and “extraordinary thinking on the ball”, and gave him an 8.5 out of 10 rating with regards to his potential.
Tottenham fans will no doubt be checking out how Djurgardens fare from now until the summer, and then Spurs will welcome him at N17 ahead of their pre-season.
