Tottenham set asking price for Djed Spence as they remain open to last minute sale
Tottenham appear to be mainly focused on outgoings as the window draws to a close, with Daniel Levy working hard behind the scenes to claw back some funds.
Daniel Levy hasn’t been afraid to get his wallet out this summer as Tottenham look to go one better by secur♏ing a Champions League 🧸spot this time round.
Dominic Solanke was signed for £65 million, Archie Gray for £30 million and Wilson Odobert for £25 🌳million, as Daniel Levy looked to get his side’s business done early.
There’s the feeling that Ange Postecoglou is happy with his options at Spurs current♈ly, th♐ough you can never rule out an unexpected deal if the opportunity arises.
The Australian has been big on giving the youth players a chance, which has seen the likes of Alfie Devꦐine, Mikey Moore and Will Lankshear enjoy plenty of minutes in pre-season.
And, one player who’s been given a second chance is Djed Spence.
Daniel Levy sets Djed Spence price with a late Spurs exit a possibility
After spending the last few seasons on loan at Rennes, Leeds United and Genoa, Postecoglou has no🔴w decided to give Dje𒉰d Spence a chance in his side.
However, it appears as if a late exit for Spence could still come about as Ben Jacobs provided an update on his situation whenꦛ speaking on Tottenham related YouTube channel .
“Spence’s asking price, which I’m still told is somewhere in the regi༺on of £6m or £7m as a minimum. So double what anybody has offered particularly as I say Genoa have so far. If they don’t get that number they’ll keep him.”
Considering the fact that Postecoglou has said he wants to keep him at Spurs൲, this comes as quite a surprise.
The Lilywhites currently only have🍬 Pedro Porro as the other recognised right-back, so they could leave themselves rather short, unless Ange sees Archie Gray as another option there.

What else could happen at Spurs before the deadline?
Well, outgoings are the order of play as Giovani Lo Celso is pushing to leave Spurs and Alfie Devine has⛄ been linked with a sh🎃ock move to Saudi Arabia.
S🧔ergio Reguilon is another Spurs ⛎are focusing on getting out before tomorrow.
Johan L♓ange is looking at late opportunities for Spurs in the market but at this stage it’s better to take them with a pꦛinch of salt🍎.
Unless there’s an exit the💝re really is no real reason to dip into the market for the north London club.
