Tottenham ready to bid for Manuel Locatelli
According to , Tottenham Hotspur are ready to submit a £20.5m bid for Juventus midfielder .
The Italian outlet suggests Spurs are really keen to land Locatelli’s signature and the Italy international will likely be open to the move.

Manuel Locatelli profile
Locatelli announced himself on the world stage when he enjoyed a marvellous Euro 2020 campaign with Italy, helping them to win the competition.
Off the back of that, he completed a £29.8m move from Sassuolo to Juventus and has since racked up 132 appearances for the Turin titans.
Locatelli excels at dictating the tempo and progressing the ball forward from deep areas, which is perhaps a profile missing from Postecoglou’s side.
So, if he were to join the Lilywhites, it could be a transformative signing.
