Tottenham and West Ham both reportedly want striker that Freddy Kanoute raved about back in June 2020
Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are reportedly doing battle in the race to sign Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyr𒀰i. Both need a striker that is likely to be back-up but is more than capable of challenging to start. Back in 2020, Freddy Kanoute raved about Tottenham and West Ham target En-Nesyri
En-Nesyri scored an impressive 24 goals last season as Julen Lopetegui – one of many managers linked with Spurs – guided Sevilla into fourth place. Qualification for the Champions League comes after Lopetegui secured the Europa League title lastꦯ season. En-Nesyri ❀has been crucial to both seasons.
Joining from Leganes in January 2020, En-Nesyri struggled to begin with – scoring just six goals in 26. But in his first full season with Sevilla, he netted 24 – six of which came in eight Champions League outings. Now, claim both Spurs and West Ham want him. Kanoute is a fan.
“I would say [Youssef] En-Nesyri from Sevilla,” “I think he is an exciting player. He is tall, quick and agile, in s🌼pite of🦄 his height. Hopefully, he is going to score many goals for Sevilla.”

Which club needs En-Nesyri more amid Kanoute praise – Tottenham or West Ham?
En-Nesyri is a top, top player. Goals, qu🌊ick, agile and incredibly strong, he has a bit of everything. So, which club does he suit? Well, Tottenham need a striker and potentially two – if Harry Kane leaves. He is easily good enough to try and fill the void left by Kane, rather than just be back-up.
But Kane looks as if he is going to remain at Spurs. While Kane is on the books at Tottenham, West Ham is the better move. He is similar to Michail Antonio, who David Moyes has built the identity of the West Ham side around. The 🐷Europa League, too, makes West Ha🍰m the better option.
