TBR Football have been told the price Crystal Palace feel Liverpool will sell Ben Doak to them for – with Ipswich Town also keen.

💙The Scotland international has made a name for himself while on loan at Middlesbrough from Liverpool so far this season – lighting up Teeside with some scintillating displays.

Crystal Palace have already bid £15m for the Middlesbrough No.50 – an offer Liverpool💞 rejected – before Ipswich Town saw a £16m offer rebuffed by those at Anfield.

The situation had since gone quiet – although sources have now provided TBR Football with an update on Ben Doak as Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town persist.

Crystal Palace feel Liverpool will sell Ben Doak to them if £25m is offered

Graeme Bailey – Chief Correspondent at TBR Footballꦡ – has now been informed that Crystal Palace think £25m will be enough for them to sign the Scottish wonderkid this month.

The Eagles are now ready to make an improved offer for Doak – as are the Tractor Boys – with both Premier League🌼 sides aware that the rapid winger is keen on a move.

♑Reports elsewhere have suggested Liverpool want £30m to sell the 19-year-old, although Crystal Palace think they can strike a deal for a total sum of £25m including add-ons.

Middlesbrough are understood to be concerned about losing Doak, who has been compared to Mohamed Salah👍, this month, with sources claiming that Michael Carrick is already being offered replacements for the teenager – one of which is free agent Ryan Kent.

ওThe Dalry-born wonderkid is not only ripping up the Championship, but he even made Josko Gvardiol look silly on international duty, a defender Manchester City paid £77.6m to sign.

TBR Football𝓡 have also been told other sides are admirers of Doak, and could join Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town in this transfer battle.

෴Doak is a special talent, so much so that Liverpool spent £600,000 to sign him from Celtic at the age of just 16 back in March 2022.

ꦬJurgen Klopp – who was by no means afraid to blood young talent at Anfield – took an immediate liking to the fearless winger, handing him his Premier League debut at the age of just 17 years, one month and 15 days on Boxing Day against Aston Villa back in December 2022.

Klopp loved Doak🌠, saying: “Ben Doak. Oh my God, it’s much fun to watch these kids.”

Sir Kenny Dalglish also admires Doak🌼, adding in October 2023: “He’s done really well in just a year and a half. He’ll not be far away from it (a debut for Scotland).
