‘Strange’: Some Crystal Palace fans react to ‘odd’ news coming from Bournemouth

Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to react after Bournemouth the signing of Gary Cahill♉ on a free tr🐽ansfer.
What’s the story?
Well, the 35-year-old was a free agent after his contract with Crystal Palace expired at the end of𓆉 last season.
Now, the England international has taken a ste♚p down into the Championship for his next adventure.
Cahill made his decision despite supposed interest from Steven Gerrard’s Rangers.
Have Crystal Palace made a mistake?

Given his wealth of experience, you could argue that Crystal Palace were wrong to let C🗹ahill go.
Patrick Vieira 🤪is overseeing a youthful overhaul, with 21-year-old Ma൲rc Guéhi arriving as Cahill’s replacement.
There are many more youngsters in Vieira’s squad, and i𝔍t helps to have e𓂃xperienced figures around the club to help guide them.
In that respect, y🥀ou could say it was unwise to let a man with Premier League appearances leave the club.

Having said 🍷that, if Cahill’s demands were too high, thꦑere was no point in breaking the salary structure to re-sign him.
The Eagles desperately needed to trim the average age of their sꦛquad, and that’s only possible by letting older players g𓆏o.
Let’s see what the Crys⛎tal Palace fans𒁏 have been saying about Bournemouth’s announcement of Cahill…
Odd this. Would rather play in th📖e Championship just for a bit of extra ££ then play in the Prem.

No I think he would just rather play that's the main th💎ing as he's not getting any younger and at palace he's not guaranteed that with the new centre backs the🅰 style of play they suit it better

Tbh at 36 id rather try an𓂃d win another trophy and earn ♔more money than be 3rd choice in a mid table prem side.
