Reported Leicester City target Manuel Lazzari has done it the hard way, much like Jamie Vardy

Leicester City are 🐟reportedly keeping tabs on Lazio talent Manuel Lazzari. the Foxes had scouts present at Lazio’s recent Europa Lea🐻gue clash wi🍨th Celtic at Parkhead.

The Premier League high-flyers were reportedly keeping an eye on Celtic’s♛ Norwegian defender Kristoffer Ajer and the Italian.

Leicester would have been impressed with what they✱ saw as well. Lazzari scored the opening goal of the game in the 40th minute as Lazio went on to lose 2-1 tꦬo the Bhoys.

Another reason why Leicester fans might love the idea of signing Lazzari regards the similarities his career trajectory is taking to their striking hero Jamౠie Vardy.

Vardy had to come up the hard way via the likes of Stocksbridge Park Steels, Halifax Town and Fleetwood Town before arriving at the King Power in 2012. Heꦏ has since gone on to become a Premier League winner and England international.

Lazzari is on a similar path.

He started his career with minnows Montecchio♎ Maggiore before spending ♑spells at Delta Rovigo and Giacomense in Italy’s lower leagues.

He then be▨came a major part of the SPAL team that rose from Italy’s lower tiers and into Serie A, much like Leicester’s rise, with Vardy invol☂ved, from League One.

This summer he 🐬got his big move, joining Lazio in a deal and is also a full Italian international.

Sounds like he would fit ꦐ🍌right in at Leicester City.
