It is believed that discussions between Norwich, Milan, and the agent of Godfrey have already taken place, with Godfrey’s agen𒉰t already said to have met officials over in It𝓰aly.

Furthermore, it is believed Norwich has softened their stance when it comes to their asking price for the defender. Instead of the orig𒐪inal £50m that was being talked about, the that the Canaries would accept somewhere in the region of £27m now.

There aren’t many players under 25 who are projected to go the very top of the gaꦕme who you can pick up for less than £30m these days, so if Norwich is willing to💙 lower their asking price, then Spurs have to swoop.

The need a new defender anyway but in Godfreಌy, they could verꦿy well have their main man for the next decade.

Despite Norwich’s struggles, Godfrey shone for Daniel Farke’s men. Quick, strong, and a good reader of the game🌜, the 22-year-old is Premier League quality and will not w🦩ant to be back in the Championship.

AC Milan, of course, will appe𓂃al to him. But so will Tottenham. The PL giants, then, simply have to make their move.
