Report: Ten Hag no longer a target for Tottenham manager role
Erik ten Hag is no longer a target for Tottenham Hotspur in their search for a new man𒊎ager.
According to the Dutchman is no longer an option. He went on to claim 🌠the club weren’t 100% convinced by the 51-year-old follow♔ing talks.
The Italian also claims Antonio Conte is in talks with Spurs over the vacant role. Talks are thought to be at an stage, how🐻ever, there are a number of issues to s🅷ort out.
Should the 51-year-old join the Lilywhites, it’s thought Juventus director of f🥀oo🐟tball, Fabio Paratici will join him in north London.
Ten Hag was linked with the ro꧋le extensively following Jose Mourinho’𝕴s sacking. However, speculation died down when the Ajax coach signed a new deal with the Eredivisie champions.

TBR View: Ten Hag appointment as manager would’ve been perfect for Tottenham
If many of you can recall, back in May Daniel Lꦇevy made some claims over who the club were chasing for the manager’s role.
The CEO claimed that they’d look for someone who played ente🐻rtaining football, and developed youth.
Amid t🌠he flurry of links, only a few stood out as matching the CEO’s criteria. One of the very few who did match it was ten Hag.
So it seems quite inco𓆏nceivable th𝐆e Dutchman would fail to convince Spurs.
The footba෴ll played by his young Ajax side has had some of the football world drooling. It was described as having created ‘‘ back in 2019 when the Dutch side made it to the Champions League semi-finals.
And then there’s his development of young talent. The lik🍸es of Donny van de Beek, Frenkie de Jong and Matthijsജ de Ligt have gone on to join major European clubs. All three were key components of that all-conquering side from two years ago.
It seems baffling ten Hag wouldn’t impress the Spurs hierarchy. He possesses all the traits the club are looking for and more. The fig🥃ure would’ve been the perfect replacement for Mourinho.
