Report shares Wijnaldum stance on Tottenham move amid PSG talks
Tottenham Hotspur have been dealt a blow should they want Georginio Wijnaldum in a swap deal for Tanguy Ndombele, that the Dutchman is not currently keen on joining Antonio Conte’s side.
Tottenham fans will be hoping that the final seven days of the January transfer window prove to be busy. Spurs’ top-four hopes in the Premier League were handed a setback at the weekend.

Of course, there will also be interest in who leaves North London in the coming days. And one of those who looks most likely is Ndombele.
The Frenchman has already fallen to the periphery of Conte’s squad. And Paris Saint-Germain are in talks over a potential loan move for the 25-year-old.

It was suggested at the weekend that Wijnaldum could move in the opposite direction. The midfielder only moved to Parc des Princes in the summer, after leaving Liverpool. But he has struggled to settle in the French capital.
It would be a real coup for Tottenham to sign Wijnaldum. Jurgen Klopp described him as an ‘‘ person upon his departure. And he helped the Reds to both the Champions League and Premier League.
However, Spurs may need the 31-year-old to experience a change of heart if a deal is going to get done. that Wijnaldum, like Leandro Paredes, is not keen on a loan move.
Tottenham will hope Wijnaldum stance will change if Ndombele loan looks imminent
Tottenham may hope that Wijnaldum’s stance change should a loan move for Ndombele look set to go through. That would likely see his game-time become even more limited.
Wijnaldum has made 18 Ligue 1 appearances this season. However, he has only made 11 starts. And he is yet to complete 90 minutes in three league games in a row.
He obviously knows the Premier League well. And Conte is a manager who has wanted him previously. So perhaps there is still scope for a late twist.
