Report: ‘Quality’ World Cup winner’s willing to join Tottenham this month
Julian Draxler is one of the Paris Saint-Germain players interested in joining Tottenham Hotspur as part of the deal that would see Tanguy Ndombele move to the French capital on loan, .
Tottenham are working to offload Ndombele before the transfer window closes. He is currently training alone. And he has not played for Antonio Conte’s men since the FA Cup tie with Morecambe.

Of course, the biggest hurdle to agreeing a deal is the financial terms involved. that he earns £200,000-a-week. He also cost Tottenham £55 million.
There have been suggestions that Gini Wijnaldum could move in the opposite direction. However, reports on Monday suggested that he was not keen on a switch.

Interestingly, that Wijnaldum has actually put himself forward for a move. And the report adds that Draxler is also an option for Tottenham.
Tottenham fans would surely prefer Wijnaldum over Draxler
Draxler is unlikely to be a name that captures the imagination of Tottenham fans. The 28-year-old has only made four starts in Ligue 1 this term, with a further seven appearances coming from the bench.
He has scored twice in the top-flight. But he is a player who has never quite managed to live up to expectations during his career.
The 28-year-old has been directly involved in 67 goals in 189 games for PSG in all competitions. Thomas Tuchel lauded his ‘‘ during his time in charge.
But he has never been able to really establish himself as a key man at Parc des Princes.
It would be a surprise therefore, if Tottenham wanted to take Draxler in exchange for Ndombele – even on loan.
If it is a choice between the pair, surely Tottenham have to pick Wijnaldum over Draxler. It would be a real roll of the dice from Conte to bring the World Cup winner to North London in this window.
