Report: Newcastle launch £33m bid for ‘the most underrated centre-back in European football’

Newcastle Unitedꦇ have launched a fresh, improved bid fo♛r Diego Carlos, according to .

The outlet claims the Magpies opened with an offer of just under £30million, which Sevilla turne𒉰d down.

Now, Newcastle have reportedly com🥂e back with a £33million bid in hope of landing Carlos.

However, claims the Spaniꦜsh outfit wants in excess of £40million fo🦩r the Brazilian.

That said, Newcastle appear to have received a boost in that Carlos is apparently open to joini🍷ng the Magpies this month.

Sevilla are flying high in La Liga, sitting second🔴 in the table and boasting an incredible ce𝔉ntre-back partnership in Carlos and Jules Kounde.

Predictably, they don’t want to split this p𒁃artnership up mid-season with so much at st🍌ake.

Meanwhile, Newcastle have♈ concerns of their own at the opposi🌜te end of the table, battling Premier League relegation.
