Report: Liverpool want to sell Grujic

Liverpool want to sell Marko Grujic this transfer window after the midfielder’sꦍ loan spell at Porto last season.

According to , Hertha Berlin are interested in signin✤g the Serbia international.

Grujic spent the 2019/2020 season onꦯ loan with the Bundesliga outfi. However, the Merseysiders claimed they didn’t want to let the ace leave on a permanent deal at the end of his loan spell.

It seems as though the Reds’ stance has changed with regards to Grujic, who could leave t﷽his summer on a permanent𒁏 deal.

Porto were offered the ওchance to sign the 25-year-old, but, a deal is yet to be concluded.

Grujic has raꦅrely featured for his parent club since his move from Red Star Belgrade back in 2016. The midfielder has played just 16 times, scoring and asssiting once.

Liverpool lose value: Grujic transfer should’ve happened earlier

Grujic enjoyed a brilliant time with Hertha Berlin durinꦓg his spell at the club two seasons a𝔍go.

Liverpool’s failurౠe to sell the player meant his value has now decreased after his poor time with Porto.

The Serbian played just 1759 minutes for the Liga NOS giants acr🎐oss all competitions. Most of his appearances came off the bench as he struggled to bre🔥ak into the starting XI.

At the height♊ of his time with the Old Lady his value stood at £18m, according to . However, it 😼has since dropped down to £13.5m.

The move to keep Grujic rather than sellꦕ him last summer proves baffling. He was never going to breakthrough into the first-team due to the quality Jurgen Klopp’s side possessed.

The German even added Thiago Alcantara to the ranks furthering diminishing Grujic’s hopes ꧅of making a mark.

But, the side still retained the player.

His drop in value is the club’s faul🍨t. However, witꦫh the outfit in desperate need of finances, selling the ace could fund some important transfers this summer.
