Report: Leeds United talent Robbie Gotts not a priority target for Carlos Corberan’s Huddersfield
Since former Leeds United under-23 boss Carlos Corberan took over the head coaching duties at Huddersfield Town plenty of Leeds players have been linked with a potential move across West Yorkshire.
One player, in particular, who has been linked with a loan switch, is Robbie Gotts.
The versatile midfielder, who was previously described as ‘dynamic’ by Marcelo Bielsa is struggling to find a way into the Leeds first-team.
Despite impressing in an FA Cup match with Arsenal earlier in the year, a subsequent injury sidetracked his development and a loan move could do wonders for his career, especially under Corberan’s guidance.

However, is suggesting that Gotts is not high up on the transfer wish-list for the Terriers.
The report claims that Gotts is indeed a player of interest for Huddersfield. However, the report also makes it clear that Huddersfield have other priorities and no deal appears to be imminent.
Gotts certainly could use a loan switch this summer, especially with Leeds in the top-flight and first-team football likely to be hard to come by.
But it seems Huddersfield are not currently chomping at the bit to get a hold of him.
Hopefully, Leeds can find a good location for Gotts to head out on loan or indeed a place in the first-team squad which will benefit his progression long-term.
