Report: Arsenal signing Willian would see them drop out of Philippe Coutinho race
that Arsenal won’t be signing Philippe Coutinho this summer, despite being offered the player by Barcelona.
The෴ Gunners were thought to be interested in the Brazilian but are prioritising the signing of Chelsea win𓆏ger Willian instead.
It is thought Arsenal won’t be signing both and that could open the door for another Premier League club t♏o land the ex-Liverpool player.

Coutinho earns and wouldn’t come cheap to the Gunners. His salary could ultimately se𝓡e him remain at the Nou Camp next season if a suitable cl𒅌ub doesn’t come forward.
Arsenal won’t have a fortune to spend this summer; with Champions League football once again not on display at the Em⛄irates Sta☂dium.
With that in mind, boss Mi🔴kel Arteta must be shrewd in the transfer market and completing a deal fo🔯r Willian on a free transfer does seem ideal.
Coutinho has lost his way a little bit since makin🌄g a move to Barcelona back in 2018. In 76 games for the La Liga giants, he has scored 🐠21 goals and registered just 11 assists.
Last season he spent ti🦄me at Bayern Munich and w❀ill this week help them try and conquer the Champions League once again.
TBR View – Arsenal right to be savvy with Coutinho
In an ideal world, the Gunners would surely love ♓to have both Willian and Coutinho in Arsenal colours, entertaining their supporters.

This isn’t ♓an ideal time for the Gunners though and Arteta needs to help the club into the higher echelons of the Premier 𒁏League.
Arsenal need reinforcing at the back too and spending money on both Willian and Coutinho would probably ಌdecimate the budget.
As a result, it seems sensible that the club will opt for the cheaper option in 𝔍Willian, saving Coutinho for another time perh♑aps.
