Report: Arsenal in pole position for £30m Brazilian deemed ‘world-class’ and ‘outstanding’

Arsenal have repor😼tedly edged to the front of the queue to 🐓sign Willian after making a formal offer of a three-year contract to the Chelsea attacker, according to .
