💜According to , Arsenal are now ready to sell their young defender Daniel Ballard before the start of next season.

🌳The 22-year-old Northern Irishman was viewed as a big part of Arsenal’s future. He was absolutely incredible on loan at Blackpool in the 2020-21 season, while he impressed at Milwall in the recently concluded campaign as well.

Ballard, ꦕbranded as ‘outstanding’ by his boss at Blackpool Neil Critchley🧸, will return to Arsenal this summer and many fans were hoping they’d get a glimpse of him in pre-season.

ꦑHowever, if the report is to be believed, he could be gone before Arsenal players and staff return from their holidays.

♈The report claims that Arsenal are now prepared to let Ballard leave the club on a permanent deal this summer – but only if their valuation is met.

♏It has been claimed that multiple clubs from England and abroad are keen to sign the Northern Irishman, who is a regular for his country now having played 10 times already.

🐲Arsenal reportedly met with Ballard’s agent and told them that they’re ready to sell him. The defender’s representatives also agree that it’s time to move on, which makes the decision the best thing for all parties involved.

🅰Ballard has been at Arsenal since he was eight. If things go as planned, he will be leaving the Gunners after 14 long years this summer.

TBR View:

ꦰIt’s a shame that Ballard is unlikely to be given a chance at Arsenal, but you can’t really blame Mikel Arteta and Edu either.

💮Ballard is a fantastic young talent, and there’s a good chance he’ll move elsewhere and become a top-quality defender in a few years’ time.

🌱Arsenal may then look back and wonder if they made a mistake, but letting him go this summer is the best thing for all parties involved.
