Pundit says Manchester United man was ‘leading by example’ despite losing to West Ham
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag piled more pressure on himself as he saw his team lose to West Ham United today.
Ten Hag is already under the microscope after another po෴or start to the season and against a struggling Hammers side, his United side were expected to ꦜwin.
However, a late Jarrod Bowen penalty ensured😼 United went back up north without anything to show for their efforts and Ten Hag’s future will once again be a talking point.
Of course, there are some at United who are at least tryi🧔ng to do the business right now.
Despite their new signings not paying off, seasoned ca🅰mpaigner and club skipper Bruno Fernandes is still pushing to try and win games.
And after a fine first half, Fernandes drew plenty of🌌 praise from one pundit.

Bruno Fernandes praised despite Man United losing to West Ham
Watching the game for the , former Tottenham midfielder Michael Brown was keeping a close eye on the midfield battle and he picked out United ski🐲pper Fernandes for praise.
“What a great start Bruno Fernan🧸des has had to this game. The captain is leading by example♛,” Brown said.
“A very clever run for that chance, he pulled off the shoulder of the defender but cannot put his header on target. He is onside and𓆏 that would have been an exceptional goal.”
Fernandes a frustrated figure yet again
Bruno Fernandes has had his critics in the past and he’s also had people stick ಌup for him and right now, he looks a frustrated man among a group of losing players.
Rio Ferdinand defended Fernandes last season an𓆉d it does seem the Portuguese is still trying to be the man this season🌌 for United.
As Brow𒐪n says here, Fernandes started the game very well today and on another day, United would have been cꦫomfortable.
Unfortunately, something might have to give at Old Trafford and if it’s not the manager, then it might end up being key men like Fe🍰r﷽nandes or others come the transfer window.
