Oxford fans react to signing Rangers winger Brandon Barker on loan

💟Rangers sent attacker Brandon Barker out on loan yesterday – and some of the Oxford United fans on Twitter are buzzing to see him join them.

൲Barker has completed a loan move to English League One club Oxford for the rest of the season, where he’ll be hoping to play regular football and continue his development.

🍸He’s featured in just 13 first-team games this campaign, which is why he left on a temporary basis on Monday’s deadline day.

ꦯThe 24-year-old managed to score two goals in his 10 league games, but the competition in Steven Gerrard’s Rangers squad right now is extremely tough as they pursue the Scottish title.

ཧBarker is a versatile wide player that can play on either flank, where he’s known for his dribbling, pace and directness.

🦩The English winger is a speed machine that is a product of the Manchester City academy and even made one first-team appearance for them.
