The arrival of Ruben Amorim was expected to improve the side’s performance, however, things have not worked so far for the former Sporting boss so far.

And while United have made the first move, they face competition from Arsenal who are also interested in signing Garcia.
Mikel Arteta is a big admirer of the goalkeeper and has been after him for quite some time. Arsenal even agreed terms with Garcia last summer before deciding against signing him at that time.
Arsenal remain interested in him and are reportedly in contention to sign him this summer.
