The arrival of Adam Idah at Celtic was, I think it’s fair to say, met with mixed feelings among the supporters.
The 22-year-old Norwich striker arrived at Parkhead on deadline day on loan. With most of the speculation that week surrounding the potential of Celt🦹ic𓂃 signing Sydney van Hooijdonk, there was an air of disappointment that the Hoops settled on a striker who was strugglin꧙g for gametim♔e in the English second tier.
However, it is fair to say that Idah has impressed in h📖is last two outings for Brendan Rodgers and his two penalties against Hibs have really endeared him to the Celtic support.
And that has led to Andy Walker delivering 𝕴an early verdict on the on-loan Celtic striker as the former Hoops striker believes there is still more to come from 𝕴Idah this season.
Walker said [],🍎 “I don’t know what Idah’s strengths are because I didn’t really see them last night.
“Obviously he’s a he’s a pretty good penalty taker, but I thought his game outside the box just laꦑcked a touch.
“And I thought the chance that he had in the secon🤪d half to go through and have a shot at goal, I thought he could I could have taken it on hiꦚs left but he wanted to come on his right and he lost possession.
“So there’s a lot m🎀ore to come from him I’m sure.”

Idah is likely to ge♚t the nod to start against St Mirren in the Scottish Cup this afternoon and the Celtic fans will be hoping that he is brimming with confidence.
With Kyogo Furhashi still struggling for form at Celtic, there is a bit of pressure on Idah to be the man to carry a goalscoring threat for Brendan Rodgers now.
Celtic also have Hyeonghy Oh to call upon if needed in Paisley but, for now, all eye♉s are🦄 on Idah after his blistering start to his early Hoops career.
In other news, Gabby Agbonla꧂hor can’t believe what the Celtic fans d😼id at Easter Road last night
