Mathys Tel sends seven-word message to Tottenham fans after beating Manchester United

Mathys Tel has taken to Instagram to issue a strong statement to Tottenham Hotspur’s fans following his first win in Lilywhite.

Tel completed 90 minutes as Spurs defeated Manchester United 1-0 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with James Maddison’s first-half𝓀 strike proving to be the onﷺly goal of the game.

The Frenchman has had a tricky start to life in the capital having s🅘een his new side beaten by L𒀰iverpool and then Aston Villa in his first two appearances.

But after securing his first victory in a Tottenham shirt, the teenager has issued a clear rallying call proving there is still strong fight left in him and hi🗹s teammates for the remainder of the season.

Mathys Tel cla💜ims that Tottenham players are giving ‘everything’ after returning to winning ways against Manchester United.

Ange Postecoglou’s team had to grind out three points against the Red Devils but eventually got over the line to leapfrog them and climb into 12th pla𝓀ce.

Injuries have decimated Spurs’ squad this season, however, Postecoglou got four players back against United with Maddison, Brennan Johnson, Destiny Udogie and Guglielmo Vicario all returning to the squad.

The North London club are still showing the effects of having to play🦩 so many games with such a limited number of available players but as Tel claimed on his Instagram: “Give everything until the end! That’s us!”

There has been a fair amount of criticism of Tel’s display against United from supporters on social media, but overall, the Bayern Munich loanee worked exceptionally har🍎d during the win.

After the full-time whistle, Tel l൲ooked relieved to hꦦave secured his first Tottenham win and exhausted after giving everythi🦩꧃ng to get the three points over the line.

Agaiꦦnsﷺt Ruben Amorim’s back three, the 19-year-old wasn’t allowed much room to operate, although he did still manage to fashion some good chances for himself as he recorded seven attempts at goal.
