Manchester United will consider bidding for Dominic Calvert-Lewin if Everton agree to do one thing

Everton star Dominic Calvert-Lewin could end up being a target for Manchester United this summer.

The Toffees are expected to sell a couple of their big players in this window in order to avoid problems with the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules.

Manchester United are really keen to sign Jarrad Branthwa🦩ite𝔍, but the Red Devils haven’t got close to meeting Everton’s valuation.

However, the England defender is not the only one who could be on Manchester United’s radar this summer – they could look 🍃at Calvert-Lewin too.

However, one thing needs to happen before United consider bidding for him.🃏

Manchester United’s stance on signing Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Everton signed Calvert-Lewin from Sheffield United in the summer of 2016 for just🌊 £1.5 million ()꧟.

The Englishman has been a fantastic player for the Toffees over the last eight years. He🧸 has played 247 games for them in all competitions and has directly been involved in 86 goals.

Now, Calvert-Lewin is about to enter the final year of his contract, and there 𓆏is a big chance he could leave Go🍃odison Park before the window shuts.

Newcastle United are really keen to sign him, while West Ham United ar𝄹e also said t🌄o be interested in bringing Calvert-Lewin to the London Stadium.

However, TBR Football exclusively revealed that Newcastle, for now, have walked away from the dea𝄹l because their valuation of Calvert-Lewin – around £25 mil💧lion – is much less than what Everton are demanding, which is £40 million.

Now, ⛦have shared an update on Manchester Unꦍited’s potential interest in Calvert-Lewin.

The report claims that Joshua Zirkzee is still the top target for Erik ten Hag, while Brentford’s Ivan Toney is also being considered.

About Calvert-Lewin, Manchester United are unwilling to consider bidding for him – ‘unless it becomes clear that the Merseyside outfit’s stance is s🍰oftening and they are prepared to sanction 🌱his exit for what is perceived to be a great-value deal’.

So, as things stand, United will not make a move for Calvert-Lewin, but⛄ they will consider bidding for him if Everton agree to budge on their demands.

What should Everton do?

Everton are well within their rights to demand what 🙈they want for Calvert-Lewin.

The striker is in his prime years and has a lot of experience in the Premier League.♛ He could be a very good option for a few clubs in England, which is why the Toffees’ valuation is so high.

However, the problem for Everton is that Calvert-Lewin will be able to walk away for free in 12 months’ time if h🐟e’s not sold now. That makes it a big risk.

Everton shouldn’t heavily drop their valuation of Calvert-Lewin, but 💫if they do get a decent enough offer, we think the Toffees should cash in on him.

Newc✅astle hꦏave left the door open to sign Calvert-Lewin♋, and there’s every chance they could come back in for him later in the window.
