Luis Garcia delivers seven-word Liverpool verdict, as Reds edge past AC Milan
Jurgen Klopp shuffled the pack as Liverpool narrowly beat AC Milan on Tuesday night to make it six wins from six in the Champions League – and Luis Garcia has posted a seven-word verdict on Instagram.
Klopp made eight changes to the side that narrowly beat Wolves on the weekend, thanks to Divock Origi’s injury-time winner. He was one of the eight that came in, with Sadio Mane, Mo Salah and Alisson retaining their place.
In came Neco Williams, Ibrahima Konate, Nat Phillips, Konstantinos Tsimikas, Tyler Morton, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Takumi Minamino and Origi. Yet, Liverpool still managed to win the game 2-1.
Salah and Origi cancelled out Fikayo Tomori’s opener – while Klopp also handed Champions League debuts to Max Woltman and Conor Bradley. A stunning win, then, given the difference in personnel.
Responding to a post on Instagram, Liverpool icon Garcia delivered a seven-word verdict on Klopp’s squad rotation – underlining his delight to see the Reds use so many young players.

Garcia on Liverpool: Klopp’s young players will become crucial in January
Naby Keita, Mo Salah and Sadio Mane are all set to jet off and represent Mali, Egypt and Senegal respectively at the African Cup of Nations. It means Liverpool’s squad depth will be tested.
With the FA Cup coming into play and the Reds remaining in the Carabao Cup, Klopp will have to use the likes of Morton, Williams, Bradley and more in order to rest his more-senior stars.
Testing them now, when he can, will give them some much-needed experience before January.
