Liverpool’s Andy Robertson says midfielder Arsenal released on a free was even better than Patrick Vieira
Liverpool defender Andy Robertson has ranked a former Arsenal player higher than club legend Patrick Vieira.

Liverpool star Robertson, however, has suggested that a player Arsenal released for free was even better than Vieira.

The first three spots went to La Liga icons Xavi Hernandez, Andreas Iniesta and Zinedine Zidane, which are completely justifiable.
Robertson, however, ranked former Gunner Mesut Ozil in fourth, leaving just fifth place for Arsenal legend and World Cup winner with France, Patrick Vieira.
🌊That’s an incredible quintet of midfielders, but ranking Ozil ahead of Vieira is slightly debatable, even though he was an outstanding player.
Mesut Ozil looks like a different man now
Mesut Ozil left Arsenal on a free transfer following disagreements with Mikel Arteta back in January 2020.
The German, who is still adored by many fans at the Emirates, had two unsuccessful spells in Turkey with Fenerbahce and Istanbul Basaksehir before he decided to hang up his boots in March last year.
🦄Since then, Ozil has been very active in the gym, and he looks like a completely different man now.
