Senegalese forward Sadio Mané was in red hot form as he netted a superb brace to pick up wꦜhere he left off last season following his goal in the Champions League Final defeat to Real Madrid.
It wasn’t just his prolific nature in front of goal that deserved credit on the day and according to the 26-year-old also completed 82% of the passes he attempted, demonstrating a willingness to maintain hold of t📖he ball in the final third for the Reds.

Mané can sometimes be an overlooked member of the Liverpool squad when it comes to dishing out compliments but having netted 20 goals from 44 appearances in all competitions last season it is pretty safe to say that he is an integral part of Jurgen Klopp’s team🉐.
During the opening day contest the Reds’ team sh✃owed a real togetherness and it has to be said that given the recruitment that has taken place during the su♍mmer Liverpool now looked extremely well equipped to challenge for the elusive Premier League crown this season.
