Liverpool have now made transfer move which looks like terrible news for Crystal Palace
Liverpool may well have just thrown a spanner in the works for Crystal Palace.
The Eagles and the Reds have already been in touch this month after Crystal Palace bid for Ben Doak – sending an offer worth £15m for the Scotland꧒ international, which was rejected.
Crystal Palace have since moved on a🦂fter reaching an agreement with Millwall for Romain Esse – who is expected to swap The Den for Selhurst Park in a £14.5m deal.
Now – however – Liverpool themselves have made✱ a move which looks like bad news for Crysta🐽l Palace.
Liverpool enter talks to sign El Hadji Malick Diouf – who is a priority for Crystal Palace
A story from Senegalese journalist Khadim Diakhate now states that Liverpool have opened talks to sign El Hadꦗji Malick Diouf from Slavia Prague.
The Senegal international has impressed at left wing-back for the Czech giants this season, scoring six g💜oals and providing three assists in 18 Chance Liga appearances𝐆 to help Slavia Prague sit top of the table.
In regards to Crystal Palace♔, the claimed that Oliver Glasner views Diouf as his No.1 priority in this winter transfer window, as the Austrian aims to find a more dynamic option than Tyrick Mitchell down the left flank, one who can replicate what Daniel Munoz provides on the right.
The Eagl💞es had already seen a £12.5m offer rejected by Slavia Prague for the 20-year-old and were expected to bid again, although the fact a European giant in Liverpool have now opened talks is a real p♛roblem for Crystal Palace.
Not only will Diouf – presumably – prefer a move to Liverpool, who can offer him UEFA Champions League football and a real chance of silverware this season, but even if talks fail t𒀰o progress, the fact Arne Slot’s side even entered the race is enough for Sꦜlavia Prague to raise their asking price.
Bournemouth and Wolves would be pleased if Liverpool sign El Hadji Malick Diouf
TBR Football understand Liverpool have been monitorin🌺g Milos Kerkez ꦛand Rayan Ait-Nouri of Bournemouth and Wolves respectively, as the Reds aim to find a long-term replacement for Andy Rꦅobertson.
However, if Liverpool can strike an agreement with S❀lavia Prague for Diouf, it would lessen the need for Kerkez or Ait-Nouri to arrive at Anfield too, so Bournemouth and Wolves will presumably be keepinꦿg a close eye on those negotiations.
