Liverpool fans say there’s an Everton player they’d love to sign after Merseyside derby
Liverpool had to make do with a share of the spoils in the last Merseyside derby at Goodison Park as Everton scored late on to record a dramatic 2-2 draw.
The Reds fell behind in the 11th minute as Neto finished low past Alisson Becker following🐲 a great Jarrad Branthwaite pass.
However, Liverpool equalised just four minutes later thanks to Alexis Mac Allister’s 𝓡🥂flicked header from a superb Mohamed Salah delivery.
Salah then rose to the occasion with a 73rd-minute effort to put Liverpoolܫ ahead after Curtis Jones’ stinging effort was saved.
Just as it looked as though the Reds were going to win and go nine points ahead of Arsenal, Everton had the final say.
James Tarkoꩲwski sent the home crowd into a frenzy with a thumping volley in the eighth minute of stoppage time.
During the game🦄, one Everton player in particular did so well that a number of Liverpool fans called for their club to sign him.

The player in question is Jarrad Branthwaite, who delivered a superb display that had Liverpool fans calling for his sig🐼nature.
One fan said: “Tbf I’d take Branthwaite on the bench”. Meanwhile, another wrote: “Branthwaite is som🐟e playe♕r man”.
The praise kept coming, wit☂h one Liverpool fan writing: “We should defo be trying to sign Branthwaite.
“He’s had a ♉fantastic game. He’s been everywhere and a real danger too.”
Another said: “Branthwaite would be a gr💞eat 3rd choice CB f𝓰or us.”
And another supporter wrote: “Best player on 𝐆the pitch tonight has been in blue for me.
“I didn’t understand the hype but Branthwaite looks a really good pl𒆙aye🌸r – solid defensively and good crisp passing at times.”
