An interesting few months await Liverpool following the departure of Jurgen Klopp as a new era starts on Merseyside.

Arne Slot has now taken his spot at Anfield as he looks to fill the boots of one of the greatest to ever do it at Liverpool.

With the new arrival comes new ideas and Slot will certainly have in ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚmind some players who he would like to add 🅺to his squad this summer.

However, there may also🦄 be some pl𝔍ayers who the Dutchman is not so keen to keep around for the upcoming 2024/25 campaign.

Slot will be able to now assess his options ahead of the new campaign with the opportunity to work with some players closely with some set for extended🍰 breaks due to their Euro 2024 participation.

Liverpool open to allowing £11.75m player leave this summer

Slot will be arriving to a squad which was able to secure third spot in the Premier League last season under Jurgen Klopp.

The Dutchman is going to need ti♈me to assess the options he has inherited at Liverpool which may well mean this summer turns out to be a quiet one.

It may well prove that Slot uses this summer to begin implementing his philosophy o🐲n the players who he already has at the club.

But it seems ꦯlike there are a handful of players whose future may well be hanging in the balance over the coming months.

According to the , it would not be a huge surprise if Kostas Tsimikas was to depart Anfield this summer.

It is claimed a departure from the Reds would depend on a suitable offer coming in wꦺith c🔴lubs across Europe currently keeping tabs.

Although Tsimikas is not expected to be pushed out this summer, the left-back will be aware that he is by no means first🐬 choice.

What Jurgen Klopp said about Kostas Tsimikas

Since si🌄gning for the Reds back in 2020, Tsimikas has proven himself to be a very useful squad player under Klopp.

The 28-year-old has racked up 86 appearances as he has played back-up to Andrew Robertson at left-back.

Despite not earning himself a spot in the starting XI on 𓄧a regular basis, Tsimikas has still maintained a positive attitude which saw Klopp hail him last season.

“We all know how good Kostas can be, but now he has the opportunity. The first performance maybe isn’t great, then you start thinking, I can only help the boys. You cannot cℱhange it,” ⛄Klopp told the back in November.

“Most of the work the boys have to do themselves. Then you saw the first assist, it just opened up and then it’s🍨 football again that’s how it goes.

“Super important and really happy for him. The situation is not always easy when Robbo is fit and today you can see again how goo🤡d a player he is.”
