Liam Cooper posts three-word reaction about Leeds teammate on Instagram after appearance at Spurs

Liam Cooper and Adam Forshaw were amongst those to send messages to Stuart McKinstry on Instagram after the Leeds United starlet ♏made his Premier League debut in Sunday’s clash with Tottenh🌠am Hotspur.

The 19-year-old has been on the bench on a handful of occasio꧋ns🧔 this season as Marcelo Bielsa’s side deal with a raft of injuries.

He made his first-team debut in the Carabao Cup in September. And he🍌 has now had ano♏ther taste of game-time for the senior side.

Leeds were dealt a further blow ahead of the clash with Spurs. Neither Raphinha or Rodrigo were available, prompting Bielsa to rotate his options. Mateusz Klich and Joe Gelhardt started in ওNorth London.

The youngster came on with three minutes of normal time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, replacing Gelhardt for 🅷the visitors.

Ulti🎃mately, the teenager was unable to inspire a late fightback. But there is surely no doubt that there wil𓃲l be plenty of first-team chances to come for the Scot in the months and years ahead.

The wide-man is now a🎉 regular in Bielsa’s matchday squads. And he is rarely completing 90 minutes for the under-23s. That is usually a sign ♊that his game-time is being managed.

‘Fully deserved’: McKinstry lauded after making Premier League debut for Leeds

Unsurprisingl💧y, McKinstry wanted to take to Instagram to comment on getting the opportunity after the defeat.

And he re♛ceived messages of support from a number of teammates, with Cooper insisting that he most definitely desꦛerved the chance.

Her🌱e is what McKins꧙try posted, plus some of the reaction from some of the Leeds players…
