Liam Cooper has suggested that Kiko Casilla is a great player to have amongst the Leeds United squad, and labelled his most recent performance unbelievable, .
Casilla has silenced a lot of his critics with his performances this season. There looked to be a lot of questions asked about his Elland Road future after his calamitoꦚus end to the last campaign. But he has been excellent so far.

Leeds boast the best defensive record in the league. And while the likes of Cooper, Ben Whi🐈te and Kalvin Phillips deserve enormous praise, Casilla has certainl🍷y played his part.
And there has perhaps been no better performance in𝐆 a Leeds shirt from the 33-year-old than his effort at Sheffield Wednesday last week. Casilla produced a number of outstanding saves to keep the Owls at bay.

And Cooper suggested that Leeds are extremely lucky to have a p✨layer of Casilla’s calibre within their ranks as he was asked about the goalkeeper’s turnaround.
“I don’t think you get on Real Madrid’s books if you’re a poor♓ player. Kiko knows himself. He’s a confident man. He’s a𒅌 great lad as well, he’s got no ego,” he said, .
“He applies himself everyday. He works hard and he pushes everybody else. He’s an experienced lad in the dressing room and he’s a great lad to have about. I thought his performance on Saturday was unbelievable. He kept us in the g🐼ame at times and that’s what you want from your keeper.”
Casilla’s shot-stopping and distribution has hardly been questi🐻oned during his ꦬtime at Leeds. But his decision-making attracted a lot of criticism last season.
On the pitch, he has caused nowh𒈔ere near as many problems this term. If he can sustain this form over the coming months, Leeds are surely going to♔ have little problem putting themselves in the promotion mix this time around.
