Leicester City could make move to sign ‘incredible’ £50m Arsenal player this summer
Steve Cooper is likely to be a busy man at Leicester City this summer and the newly-promoted side could target a current Arsenal star.
Mikel Arteta looks set to offload a host of first-team players over the coming weeks after many struggled for minutes under the Arsenal boss last season.
Aaron Ramsdale, Reiss Nelson, Eddie Nketiah and Emile Smith Rowe are just a few who look likely to depart.
With Leicester City coming back up to the Premier League, Steve Cooper will undoubtedly be on the lookout for players who are proven at the very top level.
And according to journalist Ben Jacobs, the Foxes cannot be ruled out in the race to sign one Arsenal star who’s been linked with a move away from the club.

Leicester could move for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah
Nketiah is already receiving admiring glances from a host of Premier League sides amid uncertainty surrounding his Arsenal future.
Wolves, Crystal Palace and Everton are all keen on landing Nketiah this summer but with Leicester on the lookout for a new striker, Jacobs has suggested they could yet move for the Hale End Academy product.
Speaking on , the journalist claimed that a move for Nketiah from Cooper’s side cannot be ruled out.
“They’re going to be active,” Jacobs said. “They still want to bring in another striker, I wouldn’t rule out Eddie Nketiah at this stage but I’m told Armando Broja is off the table there.”

Arsenal want £50m for Nketiah
Despite only starting 10 Premier League games for the Gunners last season, Arteta’s men are seemingly unwilling to allow Nketiah to leave on the cheap.
Indeed, Arsenal have reportedly slapped a price tag on Nketiah’s head as they bid to raise funds for a new striker.
It seems highly doubtful that any club would be willing to match such demands. Nketiah has proven to be a decent option for the Gunners but is yet to produce the kind of form that warrants such a price tag.
As for Leicester, it feels unlikely that they would be willing to pay over the odds for Nketiah.
Nevertheless, should Arsenal lower their demands over the coming weeks, Nketiah would represent an exciting option for the Foxes.
The ‘’ striker is a very capable finisher and despite mainly being limited to appearances off the bench last season, he managed six goals and three assists in all competitions.
