Report: Leeds United keen to sign Bristol City midfielder Josh Brownhill

Leeds United are in the race to sign Bristol City midfield maestro Josh Brownhill,

The ꧂Whites aren’t the only interested party. They join Brighꩵton, Sheffield United and Derby County monitoring the central midfielder.

Brownhill was a standout performer for the Robins during 2018/19. He played 49 🃏games in the middle of the park scoring six goals and creating four assists.

His𝓰 energetic style outweighs his goal contribution, however, and the work he puts in for his team shouldn’t be dismissed.

Brownhill joined Bristol following his release by Preston North End in 2016. He has been a regular under Lee Joh🐭nson, making 132 appearances for the club.

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa will be keen to bolster his rankღs this summer and Brownhill would represent a promising addition to his squad.

TBR Verdict

Brownhill might not be known for his contribution to goals but his work rate anﷺd passing qualities would make him a quality addition.

Signing him won’t be easy. The🅷 Premier League co𒀰uld be a tempting proposition should Sheffield United or Brighton come calling.

Leeds proved their top-flight ambitions last season, however, and the chance to be part of something special at Elಌland Road might tempt Brownhill.

The 23-year-old would fit in ni🃏cely with the current crop of Leeds talent.

Bielsa will𓄧ingly played the youngඣer players during his first season at the club and Brownhill seems like the perfect signing for the Whites.
