‘Just off it’… Barry Ferguson claims ‘brilliant’ Celtic player is struggling right now
Celtic’s overall league form has been a cause for concern for the fans over the past couple of months.
M𝓰ore dropped points against Aberdeen on Saturday meant that Rodgers has watched 14 vital league points slip away from his grasp this season🍒.
However, that is not the only concern for the Celtic fans. Former Rangers hero, Barry Ferguson, has said that the form of main striker, Kyogo Furhashi ꦕisn’t what it has been over the past two seasons and that is a worry for the Celtic fans.
Ferguson said [], “Watching the game, they should have been out of sight in the first half 🎀with the amount of chances, on a different day.
“Kyogo, he’s just off it a wee bit. Naturally, that happens. You go through periods a🔜s a centre-forward.
“He’s not hitting the form that everybody is us෴ed🎶 to.”
Celtic and Rodgers must be worrying about Kyogo
Kyogo hasn’t been the same player ever since Rodgers took over the club this summer. The clear change in 🅷the style of play has seriously negated the Japanese striker’s best qualities.
Gone is the fast, quick tem༒po of Angeball and in came the slow, patient (and sometimes turgid) play of Rodgers.

This has had a serious effect on Kyogo as the 29-year-ꦿold feeds off the quick release of the ball which helps him beat the offside trap.
On just eight SPFL goals this season, Kyogo is a far cry from the standards he has set over the past two years whe💫re he won the SPFL and Celtic’s Player of the Year and the SPFL Top Goalscorer Award.
With Celtic’s title hopes now in the balance, the need to get Kyogo back to his goalscoring best has never been more apparent and the supporters will be hoping he will be back to his 🔜brilliant best tomorrow night against Hibs.
