Nottingham Forest are in terrible form at the moment, and after a 5-0 loss to Fulham in midweek, Steve Cooper’s job is on the line.
Speaking on the , Alex Crook ha♔s addressed the 🎉recent rumours around Cooper’s role at the City Ground, and he’s shared what he’s been told about the manager.
According to Crook, sources at Forest told him last weekend that Cooper had two games to save his skin, and after the hammering by F♈ulham on Wednesday, ꦓhe’s now well and truly in the last chance saloon against Wolves.

Cooper’s job on the line against Wolves
Crook shared what he knows about the Forest boss.
“As far as we understand it we th𒊎ink this weekend’s game is crucial don’t w𒆙e?” Crook was asked.
“Yes, absolutely. The whispers came out after the loss to Brighton that Cooper was under pressure again. I was able to substantiate those claims and I was told last weekend that he would ha🍰ve these two games against Fulham and Wolves to prove himself. It started as badly as it could with that 5-0 thrashing at Fulham. I think the timing of these matches has given Cooper one last chance because if there was a week’s gap between matches, he probably wouldn’t be in the dugout this weekend,” Crook said.
Big performance needed
Forest really need to put in a strong peℱrformance against Wolves i💮f Cooper is to save his job.
Of course, results༺ m🎶atter, but it does feel as though if Forest limp to a 1-0 win here it could still be curtains for the manager.
Cooper needs to somehow show that his team are still playing for him and that he’s the man to take the club forward, and a convincing win against Wolves may be the only way he can save his job🐻 right now.
