꧂We are told that Man United have agreed a deal worth around £31.5million (€37.5million).
ꦓThe initial payment is £25.1million with the rest in add-ons, and the two clubs are now just finalising the payment details and how the deal will be structured.

What Manchester United fans can expect from Patrick Dorgu
Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim✅ places huge importance on full-backs for his system and Dorgu has been identified as the ideal player to come in at left-back.
🧸At just 20 years of age, Dorgu has already shown that he has what it takes to impress at the highest level.
🌳He has already made 57 appearances for Lecce and has won four caps for Denmark.
Appearances | Goals | Assists | Minutes played | |
Lecce | 57 | 5 | 2 | 3.639′ |
Denmark | 4 | 1 | – | 120 |
🅰Dorgu is a physically imposing full-back whose pace enables him to surge up and down the left flank with ease.
♌He’s also great at dribbling past opponents and delivering pinpoint crosses, as well as reading the game well and snuffing out danger.
🅠FC Nordsjaelland technical director Alexander Riget told recently: “He gets in the box, arrives for crosses, and that is linked to his physical capacity, which has definitely developed in recent years.
🌳“But he has always been a good runner. He can cover a lot of distance and do it with high intensity.
ꦐ“When he played for Nordsjaelland, we got the reports from the trackers and he was often one of those with the best and the highest physical numbers.”
💛Riget concluded: “His progression has been very impressive. I think he will become a top professional at the highest level.”
🎃Meanwhile, analyst Ben Mattinson said on X last year that he believes Dorgu is “one of the best young profiles out there for LB” and is set to go far.

🍰As much as for me he’s one of the best young profiles out there for LB, I think if anyone signs him in the summer/January they should loan him back to Lecce where he can continue his development as a solidified starter.
There have been comparisons between Dorgu and Destiny Udogie🧔, another brilliant young full-back who made a name for himself in Italian football.
