How Chelsea view Marc Guiu joining a Premier League side as Sunderland and Leeds eye loan move
TBR Football can exclusively confirm how Chelsea feel about loaning Marc Guiu out to another Premier League team as Sunderland and Leeds United eye the Blues striker.
Chelsea are looking to loan the teenage forward out for experience after a season in which he showed promise but got little game time.
Meanwhile, Sunderland and Leeds United are keen to bolster their ranks further as they look to survive in their first season back in the Premier League.
TBR Football can also confirm which other clubs are eyeing Guiu and who else Sunderland and Leeds have looked at in terms of attacking reinforcements.
In addition, the Black Cats have also struck a deal for a goalkeeper, which TBR Football has discussed below.

Chelsea happy for Marc Guiu to remain in Premier League side as Sunderland, Leeds and Burnley circle
Newly promoted trio Sunderland, Leeds and Burnley have spoken to Chelsea about Spanish striker Marc Guiu, TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey can confirm.
It was revealed earlier this summer that Guiu had rejected approaches from the Championship with Ipswich Town and Middlesbrough both trying.
However, Guiu was not willing to drop to the second tier and Chelsea were happy with that.
Chelsea considered sending Guiu to sister club Strasbourg but they decided staying in England is the right course for him.
We can now confirm that the newly promoted clubs have all shown an interest in Guiu – who would move on a season-long loan.

Other targets on Sunderland and Leeds radar
Sunderland and Leeds had also spoken with Real Madrid about Gonzalo Garcia, as we revealed, but that option has now moved on.
Sunderland are looking for a new striker and have held talks over French based trio Georges Mikautadze, Evan Guessand and Matthis Abline – but they have all proven too expensive for the North East club.
The Black Cats wanted a new No. 9 and first-choice goalkeeper in before the start of the season, having done most of their summer work already.
Sunderland have missed out on Aaron Ramsdale to local rivals Newcastle United.
However, sources have confirmed to us that the Wearsiders have agreed a deal with NEC Nijmegen to sign Dutch Under-21 international Robin Roefs in a deal worth around £10million.
“Sunderland are working hard on their new striker having got their new goalkeeper – I am told they could bring in two strikers, but one thing at a time,” Bailey exclusively told TBR Football.
“They like Guiu and are one of the clubs to have held talks. Their ability to offer the potential of first-team football appeals to Chelsea.”
