‘He was a disaster’… Sam Allardyce says £30m player was a nightmare for him at Everton
Sam Allardyce didn’t leave behind too many fond memories at Everton.
Big Sam only spen♛t half a season at Goodison Park, and to say that the football was drab at times would be an understateme💙nt.
Allardyce did have a very respectable record with the Toffees, he✱lping them to a mid-table finisꦦh after a disastrous start to the season, but fans quickly turned on his style of play.
Speaking on the , Allardyce has now touched on his time at Everton, and he’s highlighted one 𝕴player who was a bit of a nightmare for him on M🔴erseyside.

Sam Allardyce says one Everton player was a disaster
Sam Allardyce spoke with Tony Pulis about Yannick Bolasie.
Big Sam says that the winger was a disaster at Everton due ⭕to his injury issues, claiming that he was actually desperate to have him in the team, but he couldn’t get him fit.
“I had him at Everton and he was a disaster. You know what it wa❀s, he never recovered from a cruciate. When I got there he was trying to recover from a cruciate do you know what I mean👍? We were desperate to get his pace down the wing,” Allardyce said.
Yannick Bolasie could’ve been brilliant for Sam Allardyce
We can’t help but think that this is a mass🌳ive꧑ shame.
Yannick Bolasie could’ve been absolutely brilli🔥ant for Sam Allardyce.
For all of his long-༒ball football, Allardyce always loved a m🥂averick with a bit of flair as well – think Jay-Jay Okocha at Bolton.
Bolasie had the skill👍 to be that player for Big Sam at Everton, but, unfortunately, injuries held him back, and as Allardyce says, his time with the Toffees was a bit of a disaster, especiall🎶y under Allardyce.
In another world, this could’ve bꩲeen a partnership that worked really well.
