Freddie Kanoute identifies reason behind Tottenham’s success this season

Many have criticised Tottenham and complained about the lack of transfer activity being behind the team’s recent fade in form, but Freddie Kanoute, the c꧟lub’s former striker believes that such links are foolish.

Instead, the ex-Sevilla forward has praised the coach for sticking with 🤪his players and has claimed that it has built a stronger and m♔ore united, consistent squad.

“Of course they have been criticised a lot be🐷cause they didn’t transfer [in] new players and so on, but the level of performance with the same players for a few years now is just amazing. And there are very few other clubs that are capable of doing the same thing in the last few year🧜s,” he told .

“I think [Pochettino] is a very good manager… His team has been very consistent in ♊the last few y꧑ears and I think everybody sees he’s got a plan and a methodology to work with.”

Kanoute points to the last 12 months in which Spu𒁏rs have not made a single first team signing as a sign of P𒀰ochettino’s methological thinking approach which is working wonders at the club.

New signings may propel such a team to the next level, competing with the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City untꦆil the very final day of the season, rather than late February.

Kanoute disagre🙈es and has been full of praise for the potential of this squad and having seen how the players in it have developed without fequent transfer arrivals occupying their place.
