West Ham book Guido Rodriguez medical
Firstly, Sky Sport Germany journalist Patrick Berger reported that the Hammers have⛎ managed to reach an agreement with Borussia Dortmund for Niclas Fullkrug.
And now, Fabrizio Romano has reported that West Ham have booked a medical for Guido Rodriguez after agreeing terms with the free agent.
The transfer insider reported that the 30-year-old midfielder’s medical is scheduled to take place ⭕on Saturday, after which he will sign a contract with the Hammers.
West Ham set to sign proven winner
Rodriguez is a talent𝓀ed, experienced and tenacious midfielder who costs nothing in transfer fees, as he left Real Betis earlier this summer.
“Guido is a great player and can adapt to any team,” ꦡformer teammate Chadi Riad told earlieꦯr this year.
R♑odriguez also comes with a proven record at the highest level, having won the 2022 World Cup, two Copa America titles, a Copa del Rey with Real Betis, the Copa Libertadores with River♏ Plate.
Barcelona’s loss is very much West Ham’s gain, as Julen Lopetegui continues to build a squad that will hope to bounce back after a disappointing s♊eason last time out.
