Everton now interested in £11m winger who they almost signed in 2022

Everton have had to operate on a limited budget over the last few years.

Everton have been up against FFP constraints but the expected takeover of the Freidkin Group i🍸s set to move the club back in the right direction.

Dan Friedkin is expected to takeover Everton before the end of the year, so Sean Dyche wilꦦl have a bigger budget th🌺an usual in the January transfer window.

With that said, it’s just come to light that🐓 The Toffees are keeping tabs on an attacker in Italy.

Everton interested in Samuel Chukwueze

According to Wednesday’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport (16/10/2024), Everton are showing an in🌺terest in AC Milan wide player Samuel Chukwueze ahead of the winter window.

Dyche is eager to bolster his attacking ranks and Chukwueze’s pro🎃file has caught the eye of the recruitment team.

Milan are looking at moving the Nigeria international on in January and wo♉uld consider offers in the region of £11m.

Everton came close to signing Chukwueze in 2022, so personal terms aren’t thought to be an issue – should indeed a deal be st🀅ruck between the two clubs.

Chukwueze models his game on Arjen Robben

Speaking to in 2019, Chukwueze revealed that he models his game on Bayer💮n Munich legend Arjen Robben.

“He’s the king, to me,” the Nigerian said🔯 when asked ab☂out Robben.

“He’s the perfect player. I watch so many YouTube cl🎃ips of him, and there are so many things I can learn from watching him.

“On the way to games, even now, I wil🐼l still stick on clips of Robben and watch his goals, his dribbling. He’s my 🦹inspiration, one of the greatest.

“I li🌊ke to be me, and of course you have 𓃲to be yourself, but you need to learn from people like him. What a player!”

If Chukwueze is ab🥀le to replicate even half the career Robben had, it would certainly be a game-🎀changing signing for Everton.
