Everton may have new length of contract for David Moyes after talks with The Friedkin Group take place
TBR Football can exclusively confirm that Everton and The Friedkin Group are now discussing the prospect of an 18-month contract for David Moyes.
On Thursday, TBR Football revealed that Moyes was potentially set to re𝕴turn to Goodison Park on an i꧅nitial deal until the remainder of the season.
Everton are looking for a new manager after parting company with Sea𒊎n Dyche on Thursday in wake of the club’s relegation-threatened form.
Moyes enjoyed a fruitful spell with Everton in the 2000s and early 2010s, and this time round, 💙there is an additional 🌃ambition on the cards for the 61-year-old.

TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey understands that Moyes would like the chance to lead Everton into their new Bramley-Moore Dock home🍰.
As we revealed on Thursday, Moyes has agreed to return to his former c𒁏lub, subject to him finalising his contract.
Talks are ongoing in person on Friday and Everton hope to finalise🦂 a deal in the👍 next 24 hours.
Initially the Friedkin Group were looking at a short-term deal but talks have taken place and TBR Football is told that aꦿn 18-month term is now being discussed♑.
How Moyes fared in his first Everton spell
Moyes took over from Walter Smith as Everton manager in March 2002 and w🌌as in charge of the Toffees for over a decade – 11 years and three months, to be precise.
Under Moyes, Everton finished fourth in the Premier League in 2004–05, which was th✤eir highest finish since 1988.
This meant Everton played in the qualifying rounds of the Champions Leagu𝄹e the following season, the first time they had taken part in Europe’s top cup competition since 1970–71.
Moyes also led the Toffees to a runners-up finish in the 2008-09 FA Cup, their ﷽best performance in the competition since winning it in 1995.
At the time of Moyes’ departure fr𒁏om Everton in 2013, he was the l𝐆ongest-serving current manager in the league behind Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger.
