Director says Liverpool player is now better than what anybody thought he would become

Irish Football Association performance director Jim Magilton has praised Conor Bradley’s sudden breakthrough at Liverpool this season.

The 20-year-old right-back has become a regular for Jurgen Klopp in recent weeks with Trent Alexander-Arnold out injured, with Bradley taking his opportunity in Live🔯rpool’s senior team with both hands and then some.

The Northern Ireland international has managed an incredible five assists and a goal this season for the Reds, with Bradley expected to feature later today in Liverpool’s L🔜eague Cup final clash against Chelsea.

And , elite performance d🦩irector Magilton has lauded Bradley’s development this season, with the former Southampton midfielder admitting th🅺at he wasn’t sure the defender would become as good as he has.

Magilton said when asked about Bradley’s breakthroughꦅ this season: “He had those qualities and that shone through every year b🍸ut I don’t think anybody thought that Conor would go on and do what he’s done at Liverpool.

“I think we were all desperately hoping, we all thought he had the tools. But you’ve got to think about the guy who he iꦛs trying to play ahead of, Trent-Alexander Arnold, arguably one of the greatest Liverpool and England f🐎ull-backs, technically, we’ve ever seen.”

Replacin♑g 🥃a player as incredible as Alexander-Arnold was always going to be a big task for Liverpool, yet Bradley has managed this achievement almost effortlessly.

The fullback has looked sharp and brilliant for the Anfield side ever since stepping foot on the 🔴pitch for Klopp, with Bradley looking like a player who could have a real future for Liverpool in the years to come.

And the defender’s development and performances are proving a lot of doubters wrong, with Bradley showing that he can compete at the hig👍hest level in England and flourish alongside the best.

Indeed, Wembley awaits Bradley later today in what will be the biggest game in the young fullback’s career to date, and the Northern Irish star will want to impress 🧸yet again with silverware no💃w on the line.
