David Moyes has rejuvenated ‘frustrating’ start to life at Everton for one Sean Dyche signing
David Moyes has revitalised Everton since his appointment in early January, but one player in particular has found the most success.
Everton looked as if they were destined for relegation in the build-up to Sean Dyche’s dismissal.
The Toffees had recorded just one victory in 11 Premier League outings and appeared to have r🌺un out of ideas 🐠as to how to turn their poor form around.
However, since the appointment of David Moyes the c𒐪lub has changed drastically in just a handful of games and🌠 victories over Leicester, Brighton and Spurs have them nine points clear of the relegation zone.
A vast majority of the squad has improved dramatically in just a short space of time with the likes of Iliman Ndiaye quickly becoming a key figure at the club, as well as Beto whose two goals against Leicester helped the ꦦside secure a third consecutive victory.
Ndiaye has been superb for Everton this season and seems to be findin𝓀g a new level in recent perf🙈ormances.
Whilst mღany players seemed to have benefitted from the 𝕴returning Everton boss’ style of football, one player in particular has had their season completely altered since his arrival.

Jake O’Brien reveals frustration after joining Everton
Speaking in an interview on , Jake O’Brien detailed his disappointing start at th𒀰e club having not played as great a part as he would have liked in the first half of 🅠the season.
He said: “It was a frustrating start to my time 🔯here ꦑ– not playing.
“I would like t💛o have played more but there’s a whole half-season ahead and hopefully I can get more games and more minutes on the pitch, an🃏d we can start moving up the table.
“I think I’ve got attributes some playeওrs don’🎀t have and there’s something new I can bring to the team. I know I haven’t played in the Premier League before, but I’ve played at a high level, and I know what it takes.
“My style🌱 of play can bring different approac🦩hes to the team and fresh ideas.”
🅠Since his addition to the starting XI, Everton have picked up nine out of a possible 12 points in the league and conceded just three goals with the Toffees currently having the joint second-best clean-sheet record in the league.
Jake O’Brien delivered his best performance yet vs Leicester
Everton’s defensive stability has been the key factor in their Premier League survival over the past few seasons and it seems O’Brien is re🌃ady to help that.
The 24-year-old produced an impressive 77% pass accuracy whilst making 𒁃ten clea🐽rances and winning 100% of his ground duels against Brighton.
His efforts h🍰elped Moyes’ side claim another clean sheet and three valuable points, while he was excellent defensively, h🦹is contributions going forward were also impressive.
The makeshift right-back produced four key passꦚes into the opposition’s final third throughout the game, helping the side make more goalscoring opportunities, something that have struggled to do this season.
A lack of firepower up top has been their dᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚownfall in recent years and those concerns have only grown with the likes of Dwight McNeil, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, and Armando Broja all🌃 sidelined through injury.
Everton made just the one addition in the January window signing former Southampton star, Carlos Alcaraz on loan for the season, a move that could prove to be crucial in their bid to su🌊rvive.
